James Hunt is a Founding Partner of Aspect. Before launching Aspect in 2004, he held senior positions at three of the major global communications networks, namely BSMG / Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, and Hill & Knowlton, where he was Managing Director, International Corporate Communications.
James has worked on many high profile corporate issues, including Shell and Brent Spar, McDonalds and BSE, and the GM seed companies and ‘Frankenstein foods’. He has devised global media and corporate reputation-raising campaigns for major US and European multinationals, and driven Europe-wide issue-based and political campaigns. He has managed M&A communications internally and externally, and has developed management and employee motivation programmes. James recently acted as advisor to the board of a life sciences and materials sciences multinational undergoing strategic change.
With over 20 years experience, James understands how communications is an essential business discipline that is key to achieving organisational objectives and business growth.

Martin is a Partner at Aspect responsible for internal communication consulting. He has over 17 years’ internal communications experience in the fields of change management, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, company rebranding, culture, human resources, employer reputation and employee engagement.
His consulting experience includes senior consulting roles at Mercer and Burson-Marsteller in the change communication teams and leading the internal communication service at Watson Wyatt, London. Martin also served as Visa Europe’s Head of Internal Communications where he developed the internal communications function and worked closely with the Management Board to promote a peak performance culture.
Martin specialises in helping companies harness organisational communications to align senior teams and engage employees in delivering business goals. His knowledge of organisational communication practices and function management experience enables him to help clients use communication as a management tool to drive change and organisational performance.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Sylvie has significant experience in international corporate branding and communications, both in-house and agency. She brings creative strategic thinking to a host of clients seeking visibility building communications. Her work includes the creation and development of campaigns, speaker bureaus, events and the implementation of digital media tools. Sylvie has experience across a number of industry sectors and the entire marketing mix.
At Aspect, Sylvie has worked on client projects for FoodDrinkEurope, CEEREAL, Kellogg’s, EWEA, Akzo Nobel, BHP Billiton Diamonds and P&G. Prior to Aspect, Sylvie worked in London at the International Herald Tribune, and later for Trademark Design, a branding and communications consultancy in London, where she managed international accounts such as Sony Ericsson and Sasol.
Since her arrival in Brussels in 2003, Sylvie has led projects across a wide range of marketing areas including the brand revision exercise of the EGA (European Generic Medicines Association), the roll-out of the CSR media communications plan for Chiquita, and the sponsorship and media relations development for the Anka Huma asbl Cultural Art Festival.

One of Alan’s strengths is his marketing and corporate communications copywriting. He has written a wide range of materials, including website copy, reports, business case studies, newsletters, backgrounders, brochures, flyers etc that cover many areas of corporate life.
Alan has a wide range of international experience and has worked in various sectors during his career. At Aspect he focuses on public relations, marketing and corporate communications. For Aspect some of his key clients include DSM, where he recently worked on their rebranding initiative, as well as writing material for their Nutritional Products division, and ILSI, where he manages and writes for their quarterly newsletter. He also works for FoodDrinkEurope, ESSA and EWEA amongst others.

Janita has a background in public relations, marketing, and event management.
At Aspect, Janita is heavily involved in Aspect’s travel, transport & tourism team. She was previously Sales and Marketing Executive for France and Belgium for Ryanair, Europe’s biggest low-cost airline, where she was the spokesperson for the company in France and Belgium, and dealt with communication and marketing to drive inbound and outbound tourism in both markets. She also worked in the Public Relations Department of Brussels Airlines where she assisted the Communication Director during the time of the merger with Virgin Express.
Janita also works for the food sector, where her role has to date been one of event management and logistics.

Sybil joined Aspect in September 2008. Before then, working in international trade and product management in the fashion industry, Sybil showed excellent organisational and coordination skills, particularly when managing global import and exports. Sybil has also worked as a press attaché for high end luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Sonia Rykiel.
Making full use of her Belgian nationality and fluent bi-lingual language skills, Sybil's PR expertise lies within the Belgian media market and PR outreach. She also plays a key role in graphic design, event organisation and project management. Working closely with James Hunt, Founding Partner, another role she has is to ensure the smooth running of the office and to keep track and on top of client deadlines.

Alba has a background in international business and EU politics. She has five years of experience in political communications on foreign and security affairs having worked in organizations in Brussels and Washington D.C.
Prior to that, Alba has worked as a business analyst in Europe and the Middle East and interned with multinationals such as Philips and Vodafone.
Having worked in Eastern and Western Europe, Middle East and the US, Alba has an international outlook, yet local understanding of business and politics. Her areas of expertise include the EU, Balkans and the Middle East.

Evan has experience in the business and consulting worlds, as well as in public affairs and public policy. A finance graduate from Sciences Po Paris, he has worked on three continents, in countries as diverse as Georgia and Botswana, and is fully bilingual in English and French. He joined Aspect from Washington, DC, where he worked on economic and foreign policy issues for a member of Congress. He has also written for a number of European magazines and newspapers, on both business and politics. For Aspect, Evan focuses on both media relations and public affairs for several clients, including DSM, ESSA and OSI. He has also worked on Aspect’s social media strategy both internally and externally.
Evan has considerable experience in media relations, public affairs, political communications and crisis communications, as well as event management, on both sides of the Atlantic.

Frans Green is a Founding Partner of Aspect, with 15 years experience of corporate and political communications.
At Aspect, he is specialised in helping organisations formulate and implement international communication strategies that really deliver against their organisational objectives. He has extensive experience of working for multinational companies, international institutions, trade associations, not-for-profit organisations and government. He currently advises major companies and organisations – including AkzoNobel, Kellogg’s and DSM – operating in the chemicals, life sciences, material sciences, pharmaceuticals and food sectors.
Before Aspect, Frans worked as a lobbyist, for the BBC European Affairs office, and in the international corporate communications practices Ogilvy and Hill & Knowlton.
Frans Green is a corporate and political communications specialist.
PARTNER
Sinead has considerable experience in international corporate and public policy communications, working in agency as well as in-house. Her particular strength lies in managing and being part of in international agency networks, and ensuring the smooth running of communications projects from beginning to end, both at national and international level.
Sinead’s main clients include Akzo Nobel, Sappi and Medela, where her focus is on corporate profiling of the company internationally. She also works with a number of other important organisations in Brussels, helping them to position themselves via media relations and stakeholder communications.
Before joining Aspect, she worked in the Communications Department of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), and in Hill & Knowlton’s Public Policy and Corporate Communications Departments where she focused on the development and implementation of pan-European communications campaigns throughout European Member States.
DIRECTOR, CLIMATE ASPECT

Graham has almost 20 years experience in finance, strategy and sustainability. He was senior advisor to the UK Prime Minister and Cabinet and oversaw the influential Stern Team on the economics of climate change. He was also an EU trade negotiator in the European Commission and WTO.
Graham led the creation of the UK’s £1 billion Low Carbon Industrial Strategy. He has also headed Reviews on global carbon trading, international funding frameworks for reducing deforestation, and reform of the UK’s major energy agencies. Graham has advised Eurostar, Amway and DSM among others.
Graham’s expertise includes sustainability and climate change strategy, policy development, risk management, change management and company reporting.

Rosemary Stone has 10 years public affairs and corporate communications experience. A food, health, and consumer specialist, she is working with a range of Aspect clients including DSM, FoodDrinkEurope, and CEEREAL.
In the past she has worked with major corporate clients such as Cadbury Schweppes and Nestlé; and pharmaceutical companies such as Amgen, MSD, and Ferring. With a breadth of experience including corporate reputation building, media relations, corporate social responsibility, and political communications, her most recent role specialized in corporate communications for AB-InBev, the world's largest beer company.

Sabine has over 12 years experience in international PR & communication roles for B2B and B2C brands. With a career that spans stays in South Africa, Australia and Europe, Sabine brings valuable know-how across the communication mix, applied in diverse markets, to the table.
Prior to joining Aspect, Sabine held senior strategic roles on both agency and client side, with regional and worldwide strategy and budget responsibilities. As seasoned international communication professional, Sabine’s strengths lie in her breadth of experience across all aspects of communication and her ability to lead complex international projects with the necessary sensitivity and flexibility yet with a clear focus on the outcome that must be be realised. She is also a recognized gender communication expert.
Sabine has a longstanding passion for words and writing. She regularly contributes articles in Flemish and English newspapers and magazines in Belgium, Europe and beyond including De Morgen, Goedele magazine, Pink Ribbon magazine, Flanders Today, The Bulletin, IPS News and many more.

With more than five years experience in public relations and lobbying at both European and member states level (Germany, France, Austria and the UK), Aymeric has worked for clients from many diverse sectors: food and beverages, gambling, energy, defence and aerospace, development assistance, pharmaceuticals, automotive and intellectual property.
At Aspect Aymeric has been in charge of media relations strategies towards pan European media, aiming at supporting lobbying campaigns, leveraging clients’ visibility, or profiling them as key interlocutors in their field. He has drafted numerous position papers and communication tools in French, German, and English and obtained coverage in key publications.
Prior to joining Aspect, Aymeric worked as a Public Affairs consultant in Berlin, developing relationships for clients with European and national institutions (France, Germany, and Austria).
Aymeric’s key skills include lobbying and media relations and institutional communications strategies.
OFFICE MANAGER

Dominique is Aspect’s Office Manager. Prior to Aspect, Dominique worked as an administrator for the European Parliament and the European Commission.
Her international experience, combined with a strong commercial background – she has worked extensively in the retail sector – means that she has the dynamism and organisational skills required to manage a very busy and cosmopolitan office.

Cameron has over 10 years’ experience in internal and external corporate communications. His most recent assignment was as interim corporate communications manager for SWIFT, the electronic payments company based in La Hulpe, where he was responsible for managing internal communications for a recently completed transformation program, external media relations as well as crisis and executive communications. Prior to SWIFT, Cameron managed corporate communications for global staffing leader Robert Half International in Europe. There he led team efforts across seven countries to promote the company and its thought leadership among internal and external stakeholders, and position Robert Half as an employer of choice.
Cameron brings tactical execution expertise and strategic input into communication assignments and has first-hand experience of supporting employee change communication projects. The combination of internal and external communications experience enables Cameron to develop and execute holistic implementation plans to support change programs and help manage corporate reputation with employees and external stakeholders during change.
Cameron is a US citizen and has been based in Belgium since 2006. He has worked in the US and South Africa.
