James Hunt is a Founding Partner of Aspect. Before launching Aspect in 2004, he held senior positions at three of the major global communications networks, namely BSMG / Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, and Hill & Knowlton, where he was Managing Director, International Corporate Communications.
James has worked on many high profile corporate issues, including Shell and Brent Spar, McDonalds and BSE, and the GM seed companies and ‘Frankenstein foods’. He has devised global media and corporate reputation-raising campaigns for major US and European multinationals, and driven Europe-wide issue-based and political campaigns. He has managed M&A communications internally and externally, and has developed management and employee motivation programmes. James recently acted as advisor to the board of a life sciences and materials sciences multinational undergoing strategic change.
With over 20 years experience, James understands how communications is an essential business discipline that is key to achieving organisational objectives and business growth.

Martin has over 20 years’ internal and external communications experience in the fields of branding, change management, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, culture, human resources, employer reputation and employee engagement.
His consulting experience includes senior consulting roles at Burson-Marsteller, Mercer and Watson Wyatt, London. Martin also served as Visa Europe’s Head of Internal Communications where he led the internal communication function within the corporate communications team and worked closely with the Management Board to promote a peak performance culture, activate the new brand and implement Europe wide change initiatives.
Martin is passionate about developing and implementing communication strategies that enable companies to act on thier business priorties with the commitment, speed and agility needed in the current business climate and has helped many leading international brands to achieve this. Martin is also a director of Tactic Communications (Aspect's office in Libya) and holds an MBA from the Vlerick Business School.

Eliot is a senior parliamentary and EC institutional lobbyist responsible for the design and implementation of lobbying strategies aimed at the European institutions. He has particular expertise in overseeing integrated political communication campaigns, coalition building, design of lobbying vehicles and procurement support.
Eliot has over a decade’s experience as a public affairs practitioner both at Westminster and Brussels. Previously a Senior Associate at Interel European Affairs in Brussels (June 2010- December 2013) and the Director of EU Respond (2006 onwards): a campaign vehicle lobbying for the interests of Blue Light Responders and Civil Protection stakeholders in Brussels. From 2006-2008, he was also the Brussels representative of the UK Defence Forum in Westminster.
Evan is a communications and public affairs specialist. He has worked for corporates and trade associations across a wide range of sectors including: food and drink, chemicals and life sciences, extraction and energy, sport, and telecommunications; as well as non-profits and governments including the government of Georgia and Open Society Foundations.
Prior to joining Aspect, Evan was responsible for communications and public affairs for a major climate change research project in Paris, was a research assistant to a U.S. Congressman on Capitol Hill (on healthcare and financial markets reform), and worked in publishing and business intelligence.
A New Yorker by birth and a Londoner and Dubliner by upbringing, Evan has lived, worked and studied on three continents. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he holds a degree in Eastern European Studies and a master’s in Finance. In addition to his native English, he speaks near-native French, as well as Dutch, German and Czech.
Jacqui has more than 8 years of experience in EU communications, project management and event organization. She works on communication projects for various international companies and trade associations primarily in the climate & energy and food & health sectors.
Before joining Aspect, she worked for the think tank Friends of Europe managing high-level debates and projects on various topics, including their annual flagship event ‘The State of Europe’, a gathering of heads of state, senior policymakers and stakeholders. Prior to that she was responsible for marketing and communications for the Brussels office and EU Antitrust and Competition Practice of global law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
Born and raised in the United States with a degree in International Studies from Boston College, Jacqui has been living abroad for well over a decade in Belgium, France and Turkey, and speaks English and French.
Sybil joined Aspect in September 2008. Before then, working in international trade and product management in the fashion industry, Sybil showed excellent organisational and coordination skills, particularly when managing global import and exports. Sybil has also worked as a press attaché for high end luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Sonia Rykiel.
Making full use of her Belgian nationality and fluent bi-lingual language skills, Sybil's PR expertise lies within the Belgian media market and PR outreach. She also plays a key role in graphic design, event organisation and project management. Working closely with James Hunt, Founding Partner, another role she has is to ensure the smooth running of the office and to keep track and on top of client deadlines.

Giulia joined Aspect in May 2015 and brings with her several years of experience in event organisation and communications for corporate and non-profit clients. Giulia adds a creative flair to the team and client projects having studied fashion in Milan and working with the Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Roma, Mundus Maris asbl and CIRC, where she supported major international artists such as Imran Qureshi and corporates like BASF and LEGO.
At Aspect, Giulia supports the team across several clients, especially in the Food & Health sector. Her sense of design and aesthetic will play a major role in all things related to graphic design and event organisation. She helps with clients’ and Aspect’s social media platforms while also assisting Sybil in the smooth running of the office.
Giulia is fluent in Italian, German and English and communicates well in French and Spanish.

Frans Green is a Founding Partner of Aspect, with 15 years experience of corporate and political communications.
At Aspect, he is specialised in helping organisations formulate and implement international communication strategies that really deliver against their organisational objectives. He has extensive experience of working for multinational companies, international institutions, trade associations, not-for-profit organisations and government. He currently advises major companies and organisations – including AkzoNobel, Kellogg’s and DSM – operating in the chemicals, life sciences, material sciences, pharmaceuticals and food sectors.
Before Aspect, Frans worked as a lobbyist, for the BBC European Affairs office, and in the international corporate communications practices Ogilvy and Hill & Knowlton.

Sylvie has significant experience in international corporate branding and communications, both in-house and agency. She brings creative strategic thinking to a host of clients seeking visibility building communications. Her work includes the creation and development of campaigns, speaker bureaus, events and the implementation of digital media tools. Sylvie has experience across a number of industry sectors and the entire marketing mix.
At Aspect, Sylvie has worked on client projects for FoodDrinkEurope, CEEREAL, Kellogg’s, EWEA, Akzo Nobel, BHP Billiton Diamonds and P&G. Prior to Aspect, Sylvie worked in London at the International Herald Tribune, and later for Trademark Design, a branding and communications consultancy in London, where she managed international accounts such as Sony Ericsson and Sasol.
Since her arrival in Brussels in 2003, Sylvie has led projects across a wide range of marketing areas including the brand revision exercise of the EGA (European Generic Medicines Association), the roll-out of the CSR media communications plan for Chiquita, and the sponsorship and media relations development for the Anka Huma asbl Cultural Art Festival.

Bas is a highly experienced public affairs and communications professional with extensive experience in both Dutch and EU politics. Before joining Aspect Consulting, Bas was a Director in the Brussels office of Edelman Worldwide, a public affairs and public relations consultancy. Bas has also been the Head of European Affairs at the British energy company SSE, managing the company’s public affairs work in the EU. He helped positioning SSE as a more sustainable company, developing and strengthening their presence in Brussels, as well as impacting EU decision-making on key policy dossiers. Before SSE, Bas worked as a public affairs consultant in the Netherlands, advising clients on energy, climate and industrial policies, and as an advisor to the present leader of the Dutch Labour Party in the Dutch Parliament.
At Aspect, Bas works on various clients in the energy, building, raw materials and life sciences sectors.
Alba has seven years of professional experience in corporate and political communications having worked with international companies, governments, trade associations and NGOs. She holds an undergraduate degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in International Politics.
Prior to joining Aspect, Alba has worked in organizations in Brussels and Washington D.C. and in various multinational companies in Europe and the Middle East, such as Philips and Vodafone.
At Aspect, Alba consults clients in various sectors including food, health and nutrition, CSR and EU/political affairs. Her current clients include Amway, Kellogg’s, DSM and the Foreign Trade Association. Alba speaks English, French, Italian and Albanian.
Diego Massimiliano De Giorgi is a leading expert on public diplomacy, strategy consulting and global administrative law. He is an advisor of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Center for Global Engagement at Harvard College and of the Public Diplomacy Collaborative at Harvard Kennedy School.
Prior to joining Aspect, Diego was a special intelligence advisor at Glencore, a political risk consultant at Dewey LeBoeuf, a business intelligence consultant at Morgan Stanley, a special projects analyst at Denton Wilde Sapte and a public affairs assistant at LVMH. He also served as a consultant to the United Nations Democracy Fund, the United Nations Department of Public Information and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs.
Diego studied law and economics, was a visiting research student at the University of Oxford, an Erasmus scholar at the Sorbonne and an international student at Yale University. He is a member of several think tanks and was a Millennium Network Fellow of the Clinton Foundation, an Egmont Fellow of the Royal Institute for International Relations, a Young Transatlantic Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a Cassese Fellow of the Institute for Research on Public Administration and a Next Generation Fellow of the Adam Smith Institute.
He speaks English and Italian natively as well as French, Spanish, German, Russian and Chinese.
Prior to joining Aspect, Paula worked for NATO, the European Commission and Aberdeen University gaining experience in policy, planning, governance and international events. Paula brings enthusiasm to Aspect along with her knowledge of European affairs, and supports the team across a wide range of clients and policy areas, including climate and energy, and food and health.
Born in Spain, raised in Germany, Paula gained her MA in International Relations & Sociology and an MSc in European Politics from the University of Aberdeen. Her international background gives her an open and global perspective in public affairs. Paula is fluent in Spanish and English, and is currently developing her French and German language skills.
