Tybee possesses seven years of public affairs and communication experience and brings her knowledge of European, British and American politics to our office. She is skilled in providing clients with a long-term strategic vision of EU policy environment and its business impact in terms of both legislative and market trends.
Prior to joining the Aspect team, Tybee worked in a top Brussels-based consultancy firm where she was responsible for their food and consumer health practice. She possesses advocacy and communications experience in the areas of public health and nutrition, food labelling, consumer protection, retail and sustainability issues. Tybee led an advocacy campaign with a major UK supermarket chain for the promotion of voluntary labelling schemes under the EU Food Information Regulation. Moreover, she provided counsel to one of the largest US food and beverage companies on product reformulation, consumer health and sustainability issues to support their European operations.
Tybee’s experience also includes positions held in Westminster, the Washington Delegation of the European Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations. Tybee graduated with honours from King’s College London with a Master’s degree in International Relations and received her Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and European Studies from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is a Polish and American citizen.

Ben McCarthy is a former television journalist who spent 15 years working in network news as a correspondent for international news organisations including BBC News, ITN and Sky News. He moved into communications in 2004 working for a global PR agency before joining Aspect in 2008.
From his experience in front of the camera Ben has an excellent knowledge of how newsrooms work, and how companies can best present themselves in both good times and bad.
Ben’s clients have included AkzoNobel, British Airways, DSM and Hewlett Packard. He is a specialist in media relations, media training, crisis communications and crisis management.
