Caroline van Rennes

Caroline joined Aspect in September 2008 specializing in change and internal communications.

She has more than 15 years experience in international corporate communications, having worked for Citigoup, Levi Strauss, FedEx and Porter Novelli International. During this time, she had responsibility for both internal and external communications with a special focus on crisis and change management.

More, Caroline has worked on various internal communications projects that included the AXA/Winterthur merger and since March 2008 she has been advising PlasticsEurope on membership related communications.

Attracted to its international nature, Caroline came to Brussels for a traineeship at the EU after having graduated in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam. She is fluent in 5 languages (Dutch, English, French, Italian, German) and is still keen to learn a few more.

In her free time, Caroline loves playing football with her 3 children and takes every opportunity to go for walks and bike rides at the Dutch coast. She has a special love for Italian and Dutch cuisine. Caroline likes a challenge - her latest one is going to be a trekking tour in Lapland this winter.
