Frans Green

Frans GreenFrans Green is a founding partner of Aspect, with 9 years experience of corporate communications. He is specialised in the formulation of corporate communication strategies designed to help companies build reputation, communicate strategy, and manage major strategic and organisational change internationally. He also has extensive experience of international media relations and network management; issues based communications and political campaign support. 

He has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from major multinational companies such as HP and McDonald’s, to international institutions, trade associations and not-for-profit organisations. His recent work included managing the communications around the €11bn sale by Akzo Nobel of its pharmaceutical division to Schering-Plough; the development of an EU focused pro-smoking cessation campaign for GSK and Novartis; the formulation of an issues based communication strategy for a major sports organisation; and the corporate repositioning of Management Centre Europe, Europe’s largest business education provider.

A politics graduate from Edinburgh University, Frans began his career in Westminster where he was a Research Assistant to Labour Shadow Ministers for Europe and Transport before becoming a commercial lobbyist with the Public Policy Unit. He later moved to Brussels where he worked for the BBC European Affairs office before working in the international corporate communications practices for both Ogilvy and Hill & Knowlton.

Frans was born in Malawi to English and Dutch parents, an Edinburgh University graduate, and is a keen follower of sport, particularly football and rugby.
