Martin Light

Martin is a Partner at Aspect responsible for internal communication consulting. He has over 17 years’ internal communications experience in the fields of change management, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, culture, human resources, employer reputation and employee engagement.  

His consulting experience includes senior consulting roles at Mercer and Burson-Marsteller in the change communication teams and leading the internal communication service at Watson Wyatt, London. Martin also served as Visa Europe’s Head of Internal Communications where he developed the internal commuincations function and worked closely with the Management Board to promote a peak performance culture. Prior to this role he gained his international MBA from the Vlerick Business School in Leuven.

Martin specialises in helping companies harness organizational communications to align senior teams and engage employees in delivering business goals. His knowledge of organisational communication practices and function management experience enables him to help clients use communication as a management tool to drive change and organisational performance. His recent projects include an international divestiture and acquistion, company rebranding and the implementation of a pan-European reorganisation.
